Help us put a woman through a year of literacy

For just $60 we can put a young woman through an entire year of our at-home literacy program in Afghanistan. Our at home literacy programs are open to women ages 7-55 who are not able to attend school for a multitude of reasons. Be it that their parents don't want them to or that they weren't able to go to school when they were younger. $2,000 makes it possible for 35 women and girls to gain an education.

Studies have found that women who are educated are more likely to send their own children to school and can earn up to 20% more than their peers.
